i know i'm new to this board and don't have much room to complain, but columbweiser's right. some shit is ridiculous. for instance the post of people trying to get around the injection thing...if you don't have the mental ability to deal with the pain of a little needle prick then you definitely don't have the mental ability to deal with the pain in the gym, and shouldn't even be considering AS in the first place.
