Peeps who've used Retin-A.

Dermatologist prescribed me some a while ago. Been using it for about ... 4-5 weeks now? Probably more towards the latter.

Anyway, after about 3 weeks it looked like it was starting to work pretty well. Skin was clearing up some. But, it's beginning to look worse again?

I hate having such shitty skin. I want this bullcrap to clear up for good. Help me out bors.

Isn't Proactiv just a benzoyl peroxide solution? What makes it different than shit like Clearasil or whatever?

If you go on QVC you can get a travel size to try it out.

My skin went nuts like two years ago and it totally helped. I gave what I had left to my ex boss to give to her son and he had really bad acne and it did wonders for him.

How long's it take to work, or does that vary ... ?

I should also mention, I was prescribed an antibiotic too. He said it would kill the bacteria that causes acne? I didn't feel like dropping over a C-note at the goddamned pharmacy though. I still have the Rx here though. Think it's worth a shot?

The script won't go bad - try the Proactiv first and then if you need it try it.

I'm thinking of giving the Retin-A another week or so. Maybe I should switch to EOD? I currently use it every night before bed?
