man I hated pimples

Sea Breeze
clearasel
ProActiv (biggest waste of money) you can get the same shit from clearasel and seabreeze and a good face wash

The only thing for me that works and prevents pimples is
a pil called DOXYCYCLINE
with retin A at night
and this stuff called Duac during the day
also a Clenia face wash

it takes like a month to see results but my face is very clear now
I used to wake up and have like 3 new pimples a day

now i get one like once every 2 weeks

pimples fucken suck man!
go see your dermatoligists
or even your regular doctor and ask for Doxycycline 2 pills a day

You know, that might be the script the doc gave me. I'll have to look.

I might go get these filled soon. The Dynacin is a tetracycline antibiotic. From what I read, it's supposed to be very effective ...

The Nicomide is supposed to clear up redness and shit.

I will swear by acutane. it did miracles more my skin. I do however have to stay on it for a few more years until i get past this period of my life. im on 20 mg's once a week.

I had the worst acne ever before it, and now my skin is perfect. i love the stuff.

No sideeffects either. Just a little dry skin i guess. But nothing a little Curel wont heal!

Before considering Accutane, I'd see if you can take an oral antibiotic. I've had issues with my skin for years, even did Accutane. Accutane is rough, it did clear it up for 7 years though, but it's back now. All that for what?

I'm having really good luck with an oral and topical antibiotic and Retin-A. Stick with it, it does take time. But see about getting some scripts before you take Accutane.

Drink tons of water! Good luck! I feel ya!

Well, the Dynacin and Nicomide seemed to work great. Skin cleared up a shitload.

Problem is, I'm out now.

What can I do now to prevent breakouts? I know it's going to happen soon. I just fucking know it.

see if you can get another script bro

but do some things for your skin

1. flaxseed oil take 2-3 teaspoons a day
2. 50 mg of zinc
3. drink alot of water
4. use good moisteizer and a good cleaner (neiva oil control fash wash and lotion combination really help reduce oil) it is anywhere..wallgreens etc.. both come in green tubes

I've used the Nivea Oil Control face wash before. Irritated the shit out of my skin, so I threw it out. Should I get it again? Will I get used to it?

damn that sucks you gotta wait bro... even thohght of a low dose of accutane to finish the problem for ever? why not 40 mg ED for a few months and not deal with acne again...if the sides got bad on accutane you can always drop that shit (i dont understand ppl who say the sides are so bad buy continue to take the drug ?

as for zinc. 50 mg ED is ideal for skin ... it is cheap as fuck... 7 bux will last you about 5 months... there are alot of studies that show zinc @50 mg ed is as effective as in antibiotic for acne but with zinc your skin is NOT uber senstive to the sun like on anti's but with zinc, remember it is a long term thing, wont work in a few days...

about the nieva oil control.... you need use it at the right time..


1. shave in the AM
2. use the oil control wash only when your skin is soft and well lubed up (i only use it in the shower) so your evening shower after your work out, apply a small bit and gently rub it in (neck too) and let it sit for 30 seconds then wash off... dont use a scrub cloth or anythin tht can iriatate your skin. wash off (easy in the shower)
3. dry off completly (wait 10 min or so)
4. apply lotion rub it in (dont let it sit there on your skin)
