This is my 3rd cycle....im currently 6'3 220 about 9% bf i'd say maybe a little lower...Im mainly looking to add about 10-12lbs of quality muscle and make my body harder...hopefully dropping a little fat as well during the fina phase of my cycle...tell me what yall think or if i could make it any better...this is just my preliminary thoughts i was having...
