Pec Implants Someone ?

I think the problem is 6'3 and 210lbs. I am 6'3 1/2, and when I was 210lbs my pecs looked like nothing. It wasn't until I hit about 230/235 that they started to fill out. Remember 210lbs isn't a lot of meat spread over 6'3 frame. And all the drugs you've used! YIKES! Forget about the saline, work on EATING. Try the everything in site diet. Make cows 5 countys over scared of you. Then top that off with a shake or two, but each one 3 scoops instead of one. Whole milk, whole eggs, ground beef. Do this chest routine: bench press, incline press and dips. That along with the eating will get you some overall meat on your pecs. Forget about drugs, forget about saline. With those stats, it sounds to me like the problem lies within nutrition/rest/training. Good luck brother, and I hope you find what you seek.

I am 6'3 240+ and my chest still sucks, it's generally hard for taller people to develope their chest ... I would just keep on lifting. 210 is just too soon to be thinking about implants, but maybe in the future ...

Tell us, what are these different pec routines you have used? What moves with what intensities (rep levels, fatigue levels, and set volumes) have you tried, and for what durations did you practice the varying routines?

i don't think being tall is an excuse....my workout partner is 6'3" and his chest is f'ing huge....but he does weigh in at 255....maybe C3 is right....and i agree with EATING.....dude if you've done all that juice and you're only 210, i think it's time to step back and re-evaluate your approach to lifting, i went from 145 to a pretty hard 200lbs naturally....my .02

Man , i said i tried everything...
Pre exaustion, negatives, various bench press machines, arched bench, fascia stretching, power factor.
Honestly i really think i do better workouts with basic heavy benches with some more concentrated movents like pec deck machine and cable crossovers. I got at least low pec separation (not much as i want) but really less muscle size than i got on my shoulders and back, arms, etc...
thanks dude.

Keep your shoulders pinned back and locked throughout the movements.......Most guys i see in the gym use a lot of there shoulders when training chest(because they can do more weight) But its not very effective when trying to isolate the chest...

Drop the weight(till you get a handle on the movement) and pin the shoulders back----your chest will grow....

good choice man! i think implants in men are way different than in women. they are just socially acceptable in women now...i love them :) but in men it is just considered cheating, hell if it makes you feel better and you dont plan on competiing i dont see a problem with it.

I thought about getting implants once. I wanted them to change the shape of my chest more than the size. My pecs are not symmetrical. When I flex, my left pec goes up higher on my chest than my right. It sort of makes it look like my chest is caved in. I don't know if implants would help or not. Plus, there is certainly a lot of variation depending on the surgeon's skill.
