Hey everyone new to the site not to the lifestyle. I have recently come off. I was on a test tren cycle. I did not do the proper PCT. Now three months later I am trying to lean up and all the diet and cardio is not working. Could the fact that my test levels are low be the cause of me not loosing fat and loosing size....more than usual when you get off.

Yes. Or it can be your training. Or your diet.

That pretty much covers the possibilities.
 
your estrogen could be higher than your free test making weight gain easier and could be causing you to retain water. whats your diet look like? get some unleashed


I think my diet is good 6 egg whites in the am. shake in between breakfast and lunch. tuna or turkey burger for lunch and some type of fruit. Chicken breast and brown rice cooked spinach or asparagus for din. with a shake post work out.

My cardio is good 30-40 mins ed.

it's all a shot in the dark unless you get hormones checked

unless it's training/diet

sometimes the typical "looks good on paper bodybuilder" diet doesn't cut it.

sometimes, you just have to stuff your face and train until your face is red.
 
depending on your weight(in the case you are very small) what you put there is insufficient...
post up your routine and your exact diet
do you drink shake before cardio?do you workout then do cardio? post all details and we can help! if all is in check get some

Snack one RTD muscle milk
Luch Tuna (bag flavored tuna) or turkey burger) with fruit mostly bananas
Snack. One Met-Rx Colossal Protein Bar
Din. ALWAYS chicken breast with brown rice and asparagus, or cooked spinach or a spinach salad with kens steak house 0 carb dressing
And one Isoprue 0 carb shake post work out

And one Isoprue 0 carb shake post work outpost workout you should have a shake with dextrose,an hour later have a lean meal with complex carbs
for the food i would throw in more quailty foods instead of the snack bar and fruits....try some complex carbs instead of the sugars...ditch the protein drinks unless it before cardio or post workout...your diet seems to be the #1 problem here...depending on what you weigh you seem to be not eatign enough..your protein is up there but the quaility carbs are very low

cardio you should split up either do on a sep day or do in the mornign and workout at night..you should have a shake hihg protein low carb/fat before cardio..empty stomach is a good way to use muscle as fuel instead of fat....try and keep your routine under 60 minutes total for workout...

cardio done right after training might be better than a.m. cardio. there were studies shown in muscle and fitness and flex. i read them doing cardio after my training. just a different approach to take into consideration.

everyone has a diff way of doing things,best to do is try a few diff ways and stick wqith what works for you!

i personally like to split it up so you get the best of both..right after workout should be priority to refuel your body. you can flip whatever routine around mornign or night but i would def keep them seperate! keep it short bang it out then relax.
