If I train weekend with the weekend warriors I only do cardio and abs.
My diet stays the same I never change (other than the fruit I eat and the veggies I eat with dinner) A.M. 6 egg whites with spinach and one piece of cheese thats only 23 grams of protein maybe 5 carbs Snack one RTD muscle milk high fat ,sugar
Luch Tuna (bag flavored tuna) or turkey burger) with fruit mostly bananasmeat is good but fruit is sugar/fructose no good for diet
Snack. One Met-Rx Colossal Protein Barsugars
Din. ALWAYS chicken breast with brown rice and asparagus, or cooked spinach or a spinach salad with kens steak house 0 carb dressingadd in more veggie carbs
And one Isoprue 0 carb shake post work outpost workout you should have a shake with dextrose,an hour later have a lean meal with complex carbs
