PCT: Cortisol a tad high?

Just got some bloodwork back. On week 3 of PCT and recovery seems to be going well. Test, E and LH all appear to be good. I had cortisol tested for the hell of it. It came back at 26 with a reference range of 4.0-22.0

Obviously, cortisol is no real friend of muscle. I see that it is not uncommon to have elevated levels during PCT. Anything I should worry about? Any suggestions on how to get that number down?

Thx

Yup yup. Get with me for a discount guys. They are the cheapest there is for this product and I can help you get it even cheaper.

I like short usage of cytadren, metrapyone(sp?) or trilostane

remember too Adex has some anti-cortisol properties, as does insulin(so eat carbs)

also glutamine
vit C

and dont do any excessive intensity techniques during training. 2.5 min rest periods. sets taken to positive concentric failure ONLY. No drop sets or forced repsor anything

oh and sleep alot

in addition to PS try ipriflavone...good stuff

UPDATE: Well, new test results are in: 21.5. Still on the high side, but not as bad as before. It's been one week since the first test, and I've been taking about 2000 mg of Phosphatidylserine (EndoAmp) each day.

Not sure if it's coming down naturally as PCT progresses or if the PS is responsible. (Or a combination of both.) But it is down, and I'm happy.
