The sheer volume of oil that is being injected in the body from that cycle alone would be enough to send you in cardiac arrest if you were not careful. Milos had a heart attack from injecting synthol in a vein, same thing would happen there if someone fucked around and had an accident.

I don't believe it was a heart attack, I recall he hit the vein and the oil went into the bloodstream, preventing his lungs being able to pick up and absorb oxygen.
Just what I recall from it being fresh news back in the day.
