Hey Okie, KC, Springfield Crews, and whoever else.

I am planning on throwing a party/ training day for us on July 5 (in Springfield, MO). This is the day of the Big Bench America Contest on Fox. We'll have a "bench Midwest" day ourselves - lots of good shirt work and whatnot, and then top it off by watching the Bench America contest and cooking lots of BBQ and drinking lots of beer. (And I'm a beer snob, so it'll be good beer, not that nasty budweiser shit Dave!)
