Paris Hilton's Early Release Slammed By L.A. City Attorney.

i think she deserves it. shes a fuckin whore. shes rich and thinks she is above the law. i hope someone beats her to death in jail....she has done nothing to contribute to society aside from what she has done with the money that she inherited. i hope that stupid bitch learns a lesson. or maybe dies.

You know I didn't understand what you were talking about until I saw the press just a few minutes ago that they threw her back in jail.

All I have to say is that this is just sad.
Since they use police brutality, plant evidence, sick dogs, tazer unjustly and the like doesn't mean that this type of "justice" needs to be shown further.

Wow...

Similar to the brutality shown at the immigration rally in LA , the ATL is proposing something similar where they are limiting the constitutional right to assembly only in certain spots. They want to essential create "penalty boxes" for assemblies.

Maybe the gun advocates are right in some senses that peoples constitutional rights are being stripped one by one...

i still think she the treatment she is getting is crossing into cruel. everyone is making a name for themselves out of this. the attorneys, the judges, the police...as bad as the OJ simpson saga.

when this is over it will be interesting to see how paris comes out of this. her first interview will be the highest rated show of the summer. i am sure barbara walters is already planning her strategy for a tv special.

can she ever go back to being the party girl socialite? most likely she will earn respect over this.

I think she should spend 45 days in jail.

People need to learn that jail sucks and it should be a deterrant to crime.

Anyone that thinks this rich, (from daddy's money) multi-offender, socialte deserves anything less than the full brunt of the law is delusional.

if she didn't lie under oath and claim she didn't know abou tit and blamed her publicist - she couldve avoided all of this.

great legal advice dumbass got.

Paris Hilton is currently being checked into the Twin Towers Correctional Facility, the same place she checked herself into Sunday night after the MTV Movie Awards. And that means pretty soon she'll be in for another strip search. If the family of the prison guards don't hear back from them anytime soon, don't worry, they're probably just lost somewhere in her vagina. I heard it took Lewis and Clark eight months to find their way out of there.

UPDATE: TMZ reports that instead of being transported to the Century Regional Detention Facility, Paris Hilton will spend the weekend in the medical ward of the Twin Towers Correctional Facility while her lawyers file an appeal. Her lawyers are filing a writ of habeas corpus, claiming her body is being held illegally. Which is about the only way anybody would ever want to hold her body. Zing!

The reason I didn't agree with her jailing is because generally people don't go to jail for a second offense either. A third is a felony and generally involves jail time.

i'm surprised to hear that from someone who lives in fairfax. i got jail time for my first offense there, then again i also had a reckless driving thrown in there with it. i saw people getting weeks at a time for their second offense

I'll agree that Fairfax is harsh on crime. It really sux when they put people parents in jail for their kids actions , LOL. But if you were paying $1 for every $100 of property in property taxes (in comparison to Montgomery County, MD where it's 11cents per $100), I guess you would have to have some strong measures to keep crime down :-(

That place is wacked

I'm not there currently and I need to update my profile

I wonder what question more american citizens would be able to answer correctly?

A.) How many days Paris Hilton is going to jail for?

B.) How many American troops were killed since 9-11?

media attention isn't always a good thing. In this case , it's definitly a hinderance for her. How many people's DUI prosecution would be aired on TV like this???
