pairing arms with legs

Im going to start doing 2 leg days per week, and after leg day 1, im going to do triceps, and after leg day 2, im going to do biceps. anyone done anything similar? howed you like it?

im thinking of doing heavy legs for day 1 on week A, then high rep for the 2nd leg day of that same week. then week B, switch it so im deadlifting heavy eveyr other week, and squatting heavy every other week.

thinkin something like this

monday: chest

Tuesday: deadlift, leg press, hypers, calves, skullcrushers, overhead tris, cable tris

wednesday: off, or light swim or biking

Thursday: back

friday: shoulders and traps

saturday: squats, leg curls, leg extensions, calves, BB biceps, DB hammer curls, cable curls

sunday: off, or light cardio

tomorrow will be deadlift day, and my legs are still fuckin hammered from squats on saturday. should be interesting

I train bis/forearms with legs when doing DC. I liked it. I hit bis then forearms followed by legs. Your plan looks fine.

I hardly ever work arms directly, and when I do it's usually at the end of a work out. But I sometimes do an "alternative" day where I really work arms hard. On this day I always start with high rep squats, 1-2 sets of 20 with moderate weight (I don't want to fail, I want to feel fast/form work). Using this as a warm up, for the bi/tri.

warming up with squats is how the ballers do it.
