Painfull pumps

I dont get pumps anymore. About after a month when I first started I did, but not till the next morning. Now when I lift I actually lose 1-2 inches of, say, my arms if that is what I am working. I get smaller when I work out and it takes 3 days to come back.

anyone experience them ??

been having them alot when training shoulders mainly , takes 30min or so for the burning to go away a bit, showering after is a nightmare lol other bodyparts not so bad , only rear back pumps if i walk to far or get vibrant in bed lol

Painful pumps are common for some.

now much better, i am at about 3-4 litres a day which is about 1 gallon water

trying adding 2 mor litres and see how you feel... just spread it out over the day and you will like it.

Hmm... I'm not sure I get "pumps"? I mean... over the past year in which I've been training harder (without any AAS), I get SORE during the workout... that kind of soreness you would typically feel a day or so AFTER the workout... is this the same thing as your pumps?

not quite , mine starts as a pump, then goes beyond a pump, and starts burning, imagine training calves till you feel that intense burn, its like that but instead of going away after a few seconds it stays for 30min almost (in delts) if i keep them dead still its managable, but any movement and they are on fire

oh ok...yah, that's what I meant by sore... it's a burning feeling... I get those in my shoulders often... legs too

I don't mind it cuz I take it as a sign of GROWTH :)
