Painfull pumps

CSB

New member
anyone experience them ??

been having them alot when training shoulders mainly , takes 30min or so for the burning to go away a bit, showering after is a nightmare lol other bodyparts not so bad , only rear back pumps if i walk to far or get vibrant in bed lol

on tren ace i was experiencing them.. i wouldn't describe it as burning sensation though.. more of a cramping feeling. on dbol when i run i get them in my lower legs.

i was expecting the back pumps from the abombs, the delts not so much, thought it might be from over using them for pinning might have something to do with it

yeah man but pumps are actrually BAD, at first i thought, they were good..but then again, i got my first later this year, and i couldnt lift, icouldnt belive how hard it was to lift my arms

lol Steve yeah

Yeah Bren , exactly whats happened twice now, 4 sets seated dumbell press 3 sets side raises 3 sets bent raises and i cant carry on its too painfull, then even 20-30min later i cant lift my arms to wash hair in the shower etc, or carry gym bag to car lol , if i train bi's and tri's, i have to wait 30min between , once i have hammered biceps i cant bend arm properly to do close grip bench etc

what are you on? lots of ways to help
1 lower dosage
2 lower carbs
3 lower reps
4 TAURINE lots 10g
5 WATER lots 1.5gal +

number 1 i have done and its helping after the very uncomfortable sides i experienced at too high a dosage, carbs i can decrease , and i must admit i can increase my water , i made a mistake recently in my diet by adding to much dairy, milk to be exact, after having no dairy for so long it didnt agree with me, and i bloated excessively and my tummy became distended which further aggravated a shattered appetite, which in turn meant i could hardly stomach much water without wanting to throw up, i have drastically reduced dairy and its helped considerably.

taurine i can certainly add :supercool

go for it.. that will help.. how much water are you drinking.. are you over 1 gallon a day?

I dont get pumps anymore. About after a month when I first started I did, but not till the next morning. Now when I lift I actually lose 1-2 inches of, say, my arms if that is what I am working. I get smaller when I work out and it takes 3 days to come back.

Painful pumps are common for some.

now much better, i am at about 3-4 litres a day which is about 1 gallon water

trying adding 2 mor litres and see how you feel... just spread it out over the day and you will like it.

Hmm... I'm not sure I get "pumps"? I mean... over the past year in which I've been training harder (without any AAS), I get SORE during the workout... that kind of soreness you would typically feel a day or so AFTER the workout... is this the same thing as your pumps?

not quite , mine starts as a pump, then goes beyond a pump, and starts burning, imagine training calves till you feel that intense burn, its like that but instead of going away after a few seconds it stays for 30min almost (in delts) if i keep them dead still its managable, but any movement and they are on fire

oh ok...yah, that's what I meant by sore... it's a burning feeling... I get those in my shoulders often... legs too

I don't mind it cuz I take it as a sign of GROWTH :)
