pain while on igf 1 lr3

Hello.
This is my 4th injection of igf 1 lr3, inject it just pwo, 40mcgs bi-lat. I feel chest pain, I think its a muscle pain, stomach pain sometimes when sleep sometimes wake up in the morning, is it because the pump from igf 1 lr3? Thanks

Hungy yes, and super tired/lethargic!
The IGF will drop you blood glucose so be carefull.

After injection I do cardio for 20-30minutes. Do you feel super tired immediately after injection?

Yes this is natty , i have a shake ready to go it stops the hypo on set .

What is your dose? Did you do eod/e3d/ed? I do pwo injection 40mcg, and after injection I do cardio 20-30minutes with protein shake while cardio. I guess I don't feel tired like in my 1st week. Is it because my body already adapt it. But I still feel very hungry.
