first of all, i'd like to say i'm on a cutting diet..so i haven't been eating as much..which might be why i'm weaker... anyway....
today i lifted weights, rollerbladed 4 miles, took the roof off my jeep & put it on again, and i also carried an air conditioner up 2 floors by myself and installed it in the window. after all this, both my arms are in pain. lol not the soreness type of pain after a good workout, but the bad type of pain when you do something wrong or over exert.
i'm just wondering what the technical term for this is? it doesn't happen to me a lot, but every once in a while i'll get this type of pain if i push too hard on something, etc. another good example of a time i had this pain is when i arm wrestled my friend and i had not arm wrestled anyone in years... my arm hurt and felt weak for weeks after that...and it was this same type of pain. i know i'll be ok eventually, but i'm just wondering what this is called?
