pain in forearm bones after starting low carb

Hi, I have a problem. I started a low carb diet and I am a week and 2 days into it and when I do curls for my biceps my forearm bones hurt to where I can not do more than 5 to 10 and previously I was doing about 20 to 30 please help. What am I lacking? I am not taking any vitamins cause I am broke as they come but thanks in advance for any input.
 
Are you getting enough good fats - flax oil, fish oil, etc? I had the same problem for a while. Icing them after working out and ibuprofin helped me.
 
tendonitits...i think everyone who lifts has had this at least once...its most common in the forearm area. Try working the extensors of the hand to create more balance. In most lifters, the flexors dominate over the extensors (when talking about forearm muscles)
 
i had the same problem with pain in the forearm bones i stoped doing preacher curls because thats waht hurt the most. it just seemed to go away after awile i dont know why i never started doing preacher curls again though.
 
Common thing for people doing ez burl curls. Run a search. I had to lay off them for awhile and now I can do that again.
 
seanzilla i have the same problem really bad. from curls. i take fish,flax all that stuff too but it fuckin hurts. i wont take any pills tohelp get rid of the pain though. i might take a break and do cardio for a couple weeks
 
Thanks alot for all the input it still hurts but seems like it is going away a little bit since I started taking multi vitamins, and it only hurts when i do the curls worse though with one of those bars that has those angles in it and looks like this
