Hi, I have a problem. I started a low carb diet and I am a week and 2 days into it and when I do curls for my biceps my forearm bones hurt to where I can not do more than 5 to 10 and previously I was doing about 20 to 30 please help. What am I lacking? I am not taking any vitamins cause I am broke as they come but thanks in advance for any input.
