for the next 4 weeks i will be logging this product, and i have to say im very excited. with a anabolic/androgenic rating of a whoping 800/45 i think its fair to say this should really add some size.

i am not taking this one on its own, rather it will be added to the tail end of my cycle which as its stands is simply 300mg test E + 165mg Tri-Tren injected every 3rd day. so basically the MXT will be the last 4 weeks of the cycle, but i will probably end up running the tren/test a week to 2 weeks longer to cut any fat i may gain and shred down for ending the cycle.

the MXT as i said will be ran for 4 weeks. 20mg 1.5 hours preworkout, and 10mg later in the day. i will be bulking for the first 3 weeks. i pretty much max out gains in this time frame on SD (gained 12lbs last run) so i feel this should be fine for this compound. the last week of MXT, and a possible 1 - 2 weeks of the injectables will be the final cutting phase of this cycle.

was down to about 10 - 10.5% 3 weeks ago but i had to chill back on the diet and cardio while i did the first level of my PT qualification, and i had great luck managing to get the flu, followed by gastroenteritis :worried: so i slipped a little, and yes i do hate myself. but its time to get stuck in again 1000% and surpass my previous best :rose:

i will be focusing on the important info, but also adding some personal thoughts etc to keep it light.

with all that in mind, may the log begin.........
 
Nice log. Ive been curious about this Sup. If it works out good for you i may give it a shot too for adding some size before cutting

What are your total calories and macro's lookin like ozzie ?

I would watch that oat cereal as some of it contains alot of shit you don't want such as modified sugars and other artificial crap, eat real oats. Also you are eating a ton of wholegrain bread at alomst every meal which isn't bad but I switched from doing that to eating mostly sweet potatoes, oatmeal, and brown rice. You will notice a big dfference after a while, all that bread would bloat me. Just my advice but for the most part the diet is pretty clean, definitely high in calories so you will get swole!

Test/Tren/Monsterdrol should get you big and ripped with a cleaner diet, lower on the carbs at each meal but keep it spread out like you have it except before bed, just eat a something with casein protein.

Ozzie are those macro's right on meals 3 and 5 ?
70 - 80g of protein from 200g of chicken+4/5 slices of bread :confused:

If it was me i would have kept the dosage the same the body can only grow so fast adding more isn't always better!

But good log ,non the less!
