I was told in another forum that i was overtraining and even though i dont feel sore my muscles are stilll healing... My work schedule is nutty and my gym is 45 minutes away from my house so i have been doing this... I work 8 on, 3 off, 8 on, 2 off..

Day 1.. Chest/Calves
Day 2.. Back/Shoulders/30 min Cardio
Day 3.. Legs/Abs
Day 4.. Bis/Tris/Forearms/30 min Cardio
Day 5.. Same as Day 1
Day 6.. Same as Day 2
Day 7.. Same as Day 3
Day 8.. Same as Day 4
Day 9.. Off of work...Rest
Day 10..Off of work... Maybe an hour of cardio if i have the energy
Day 11.. Off of work...Rest

Then start over... If for some reason i am still sore i just change the day up to compensate.. What do yall think... Any suggestions welcome..

edit: oh sorry didnt see you were juicing, I dont know then as I have no idea what trianing on roids is like...

Well, since you're juiced to the gills, I think you should be OK. That said, I would still put you in the over training camp.

When you over train bro things go backwards.. strenth..size.. and injury.. give your body a little rest. You will be amazed in the results. I used to be scared not to hit the gym 7 days a week, I then took peoples advice and blew up over the nxt couple of yrs.. let you body rest and sleep. eat clean.. fuck a lot.. and hit the gym..all done in moderation. Id say your train to much between rest. Also your hitting your chest and nxt day your shoulders, in my opinion thats over training right there.. your hitting your shoulders during your chest work out.. go chest to legs, or back.. give your shoulders a rest

Don't listen to what somebody on some forum told you. YOU know if you're overtraining or not, far better than some random dude on the internet. If you're progressing, you're fine. The 3 days off you have in a row undoubtedly do a lot to dissipate accumulated fatigue.

Ya.. If i wasnt juicing i would think i would be fatigued but after 4 days of not working my chest out it starts talking to me...taunting me..lol I geuss i didnt mention that i dont murder myself in the gym.. i more or less work on perfect form and controlled movements at the moment so my muscles arent wrecked the next day... Sore but i can walk and pick my arm up over my head.. i have a physical job so i have to be functional.. im willing to try anything else... like the 5x5 but i dont know how that will fit in to my work schedule...
