I just don't know what to think?
I have been wondering if I'm at an overtrained state. I just started my monthly curse too. I start my training week off usually on Tuesdays. Well, Tuesday I was still feeling sore & tired from leg day, Sunday. I slept in and did HIIT that p.m., didn't get heart rate quite as high as normal. Yesterday got up in a.m. & Powerwalked on treadmill at an incline, still feeling a bit tired. In the afternoon, chest & tricep. I've woken up the past two mornings hungrey, usually I can wait for a bit to eat because I do my cardio in a.m. on empty stomache. I've felt pretty lethargic and sleepy at times. A bit cranky too? So once again I decided to sleep in and do my cardio in the afternoon but just a recovery type. Any suggestions as to what I am experiencing? Or do I just need 10 or 12

I'll get one taken asap. I wore my Polar heartrate monitor & it was showing 725-900 cal a session. Then add in an hour weights..okay....boy...oh...boy, yup! I don't even want to admit this to you! I better get my ish straight, huh? I bet you can see the sweat. I DO want to make this change and therefore will commit to the challange.Toots13 LOL!!!!
