Overpriced waste of money supps

the only supps I currently take are Protein powder, Bcaa's and creatine which are backed by sientific research . and a prework out mix to give me a boost when I'm off cycle.

i've wasted hundreds on shitty supps over the past 16 or 17 years since i started lifting.

it happens.

needtobuildmuscle and mr supps are legit and those supps work, thats why I became a loyal customer and now I rep for NTBM so I am putting my time where my mouth is. I used to rep for a shitty supplement company but after using their products for a very very brief amount of time I realized they were far inferior to NTBM so left really fast.

i've gotten offers from a bunch of supplement companies but sorry I will not rep for anyone whose products I do not believe in or are inferior. I ended up giving all those designer steroids to friends from the previous company and they even came back and told me straight up (shaking their head) "it was aight but i'm gonna go back to using beastdrol" <<<that coming from a guy who isn't a huge juicer, just a major gym rat who is natty most of the year and works out like a madman and eats a perfect diet. he is the perfect guinea pig in that situation. if that doesn't prove the difference from the two companies then I don't know what does!!!

Actually, there are more than just those which have scientific research behind them.

Steve -- we've all lost money on scams over the years, haven't we? But these days there's better info available than just the bogus magazine ads we used to believe!

Protein, Vit C, Creatine & Fish Oil are the only 1s that are necessary. Glutamine, BCAAs, etc, can start getting pricey.

^^^ when you cycle you need more than that for sure.. i would even argue those things you listed can be supplemented through a healthy diet.

what about milk thistle to help with the liver? support supps to help with bp? support supps to help stimulate the testes? these are extremely important. I would die if i didn't have n2guard aboard with my tren cycles. or have hcgenerate to keep my nuts plump during and into pct.

yup I used some Nitrix pills for a while and didnt see jack but those big companies have pros endorsing products and ppl think they will Look like Big ol Ronnie if they'd take 'em.

Same here, thats part of the reason I only rep for one company; I refuse to rep for someone when I dont honestly believe that their products are the best. Sarmssearch is the best in my opinion, and thats why I continue to advocate their products.

Yeh when I first started, fell for the GNC sales and bought crap like overpriced Muscletech n such. Prolly 300 bucks easily.

Though, a few of the companies who had a bad rep a few years ago have reinvented themselves through much better products.

Just because you used a cruddy product (and there are lots of them) doesn't mean there aren't good ones.

squatzilla- what is "necessary?' You only need to walk 5 miles a week for "necessary" exercise, but some people want more than that.

What's up I am on a $350 stack from GNC and results have stopped. Wondering if u had advice or could offer help I work out 2-3 hrs a day and seeing no results
