Overpriced waste of money supps

Is it just me, or is there like an endless supply of companies making $80-150 "supps" or PH's that don't do sh*t half as good as real gear, if anything at all? I wonder, just how much of this junk is actually completely useless, and the users think it's working, but they're actually just seeing the results of their own hard work. It's like buying a $3,000 airgun with a leaky cylinder, when you could have bought a real Uzi and be peppering the sh*t out of some jack-booted thug targets.

I'm not naming brands, I'm sure a lot of you here can fill in the blanks.

Not kissing ass, but I am thankful for Needto, real supps that do what they're supposed to do. Rare.

No kidding, bro. What really has me jacked is that the PRICES on this useless sh*t is getting beyond ridiculous. Crap supps that don't work, USED to be in the $45-60 price range, now it seems like its doubled in the last couple years. I don't know how the hell people afford this stuff.

Hopefully thats an indicator that LESS people are buying into shitty supplement lines, or that MORE people are realizing that a supp they have been regularly using is trash.

I have my friends come to me all the time and show me the supps theyre on and I have to try really hard not to laugh

Supps are something that have been a part of the bodybuilding lifestyle since its inception -- as has snake oil. These days it takes knowledge and experience to know what has merit and what's just hype.

There are also some supps that are fine -- protein for example -- but WAY, WAY overpriced. So the smart bodybuilder has to understand quality and value as well. That's why places like Needto, Mr. Supps, Orbit and Protein Factory do so well with virtually no advertising.

I agree so much bro... I have used so many different things over the years that were just complete shit and didn't do anything...

that's why I always back ntbm products... i would say that 90% of my supplement lineup comes from them, mr supps and protein factory and its simply because the shit works... i have never had so many products work so well and watch my body respond so great to so many of them... I will admit, a very long time ago when i first tried them i was skeptical because of all the other shit that i wasted money on but one by one, I watched them all work and my body to continue to respond... Im a professional in health and fitness and I will not recommend anything that is even questionable and I can say that we are all very lucky to have some actual quality to use that comes from ntbm, mr supps and protein factory...

Only supps I take other than AAS, are fish oils, vitamins, anything else is a waste of money IMO. If you're eating a proper diet, you shouldn't need to supp
