Overhead Squats

Who does them? I love them.

Today: (loads of warm-up... GM's, Hypers, Dislocates, etc)

Bar x5x3, 95x3x2, 135x3x2, 185x1, 225x fail, 225x1 (about 3/4 depth)

I did Back Squats yesterday, but I like to do overheads the day after to keep my legs loose.

I feel like the work a totally different part of my legs. Glutes are blasted at the end.
 
OHS are the shit. I don't do them every week, but I will through them in on occasions. They definitely will blast your upper back and shoulders like no other exercise. They are like static shrugs taken through a giant range of motion. Killer core builder too.
 
I started doing these a few months ago... I can now get one rep with my body weight (200).

My goal is 205 lbs. x 15 reps. Get some.

I have been trying those sumo DL's lately they are brutal!

Feet about shoulder with apart (maybe a touch further) and toes pointed slightly outward. Keep your shoulder/traps active (flexed) and your back arched.
