Not entirely true. Where is all the evidence that Clomid is standard procedure for hypogonadism? There isn't much. It's mostly anecdotal.
And of course there won't be any medical studies showing the benefits of supplements. Supplements can not be regulated by the drug companies so why in the world would the medical community do tests on them? There have been random studies of course (I've posted these many times) but it's not like there's conclusive evidence of ANYTHING.
The bottom line here is, just because Clomid is a drug doesn't make it a proven thing. It WAS NOT designed to treat hypogonadalism! And even the studies done on it have been brief, under specific conditions, (usually older men) have shown to taken up to months to be effective, and offer no proof of long lasting effects. So this argument that everyone keeps giving just doesn't hold water.
