Over Easy

if u put over easy egs over country potatoes with sauted mushrooms and jalepeno's and a little salsa and sour creme its fukin good when u bust the goo all over the potatoes

that sounds like a bit much for my immature pallet (sp?)
i dont really do salsa and I def do not do mushrooms. plus i dont want sour cream on my breakfast foods.
this sounds more like a heavy lunch

Yeah.

Egg Sammichs should be constructed with over easy eggs, then put in the oven with the sammich bottom until medium - especially true when cheese comes into the equation to acheive the appropriate meltage.

As another note, I make egg sammiches about 50% of mornings on a mini whole wheat bagel - if you let that egg be too 'easy' and you bite into it with haste..

It's possible the egg will pop like a zit through the hole in the mini-bagel all over your monitor and then drible into your keyboard forcing you to take all the keys off and disinfect.

Never happened to me, just mentioning the possibility as a fore-warning to those that might be inclined to make such egg sammiches.

Damn over easy is the shit i just didnt no the name of them till i googled imaged them..

oh i know howZ to do it precisely. i dont need no oven. you just have to know the exact right time to put the cheese on top. then you cover the pan for ultimate and quick meltage.

oh yeah i totally got overzealous in my biting technique this morning and hence i had egg yolk dripping all down the front of my shirt. so i licked it off. is that gross?

Oh, try this next time.

fry an egg sunny side up. when it's done, quickly put cheese on the top and cover it. let it sit for a while. The yoke will film over and the cheese will melt from the steam. omg, i'm SO having that for dinner!!!!

DAMN you and your eggs!
 
Omelet - cheddar cheese, diced ham or sausage, green pepper, fork.
 
Well OK i google imaged over easy and i have to say...i think sunny side up is better. over easy dries out the yolks and doesnt make it taste as good as sunny side up

oh contraire

over easy does not dry out the yolk. the yolk is still liquidy and yummy
 
When I was a kid, I called Eggs Over Easy "DIP IN TOAST" , since that was what I liked to do with my toast in the yolk. I ordered it that way at the IHOP one Sunday and the waitress was like, What ?

Anyway, I digress, Over Easy or better yet in a Cheese Omelette
 
i like them scrambled till they are almost dryish, or fried and still very runny.

runny scrambled, or hard dry fried is gross

I have been known to crack them cold into a glass then guzzle them down raw while taking a few mouthfulls of hours old oatmeal.

Is that ok?
