So im injecting 500mg of sust at once and it hurts like a bitch for the next few days. Just double checking if this is normal, and any tips to ease the pain a little bit

Ya split it up and inject 250 twice a week.

250 hurts just as much.... yup, its normal. mix it with deca... no pain at all!!

Like Need2 said spit the shot up into two different injections. Heat up your gear with a hair dryer before you shoot and be sure to massage the area of the injection after you inject. And also train the body part your injecting. If your working legs do a glute or a quad inject. If your working upper body do a delt inject.

Split it up to EOD or 2 times a week for sure

many are allergic to the prop Ester

Some get used to it while others do not
