Ouch...back pumps!

Move on to doing some light stiff legged deads
to stretch out the lower back and hamstrings, Then hit the hams with reverse leg curls
this will allow to to sit down doing hams and your lower back will be stretched out from the stiff legged deads, Then you will be seated doing reverse curls if you time it correct it should take around 8-10 minutes then the pump should be down some in the lower back for you to do your leg presses.

to be honest I hate the leg press machines Id rather just do front squats and sissy squats after reg squats then move to hams and leg raises.

Additionally, strengthing my lower back via lower back raises - also has made a tremendous diff - para me.
