I have read and reread all of those stickies. However, I dont believe I need to take the dosages I have been reading about. So my question is, for a female 5'2", approx 118lbs, wanting to lose only 3-5 lbs, what kind of dosage should I look at using? I was thinking maybe 1-200mg two times per day (with carb meals). Any advice?
