Ordered r-ALA today & have a question

I have read and reread all of those stickies. However, I dont believe I need to take the dosages I have been reading about. So my question is, for a female 5'2", approx 118lbs, wanting to lose only 3-5 lbs, what kind of dosage should I look at using? I was thinking maybe 1-200mg two times per day (with carb meals). Any advice?
 
well you got to figure you want to get around 1-300 mgs every time you go big on the carbs. so it really isn't weight dependant, but carb related. but then again since you weight less than us guys...you'd be doing less carbs. :) so i would say the dosage you had mentioned before each higher carb meal sounds good.
