As for your deficit and muscle loss, that needs to be a major second priority right now. Don't go crazy with the deficit and make sure your only dropping calories when fat loss haults. The slower the better when natty. But seriously focus on fat loss, you will rebound nicely when you are lean and be able to pack on some muscle! Just lift heavy to maintain as much as possible! Keep protein high carbs low-moderate and healthy fats moderate and you should continue to see results. If nothing else is working, take a week or 2 and just eat normally around maintenance, then re assess and start the cut again, this will give your body a chance to re adapt to the given deficit!
