Couple caveats -- from your photo titles ("11 weeks out") I'm assuming you are then looking at a show in 6 weeks & then another one 5 weeks after that. First be very careful about losing muscle mass during prep for the first and also be very aware that you have another show in 5 weeks so you have to keep your head focused after you complete the first show - no binging etc. Just go back to your same prep. And work to get that first show's protan off before you have to start relayering for the second show. Left over protan is a big PITA. Also pick the show that is the most important to be ready for & stay focused on that. The other one it's ok to not be perfect for so don't stretch yourself thin on either of them. I think you look like you're ina great position to prep in 6 weeks. Then I'd just make sure my posing & routine are spot on for the 6 week show because that moves up your time table a bit. And of course your suits.
