i used to cut out dairy...but went for a bone density scan, which showed i was way below normal range..so ive been including back into my diet and find that its makes you feel full and satisfied.
I eat low fat cottage cheese everyday - its the best. In terms of yogurt...go for sheep/goats milk - it contains far less lactose than regular cows milk. But I always go for full fat yogurt and have less of it...tastes amazing and mostely (check labels) has less sugar than diet stuff.
