Hey everyone, new to the forum, was hoping for some advice.
I am currently 6'1" tall 350 lbs and would like to loose 100 lbs. I have an eating plan from a nutritionist that allows this:

breakfast- 2 oz protien, 2 oz cereal, 2 oz milk, 6 oz milk, 6 oz fruit
lunch- 6 oz protien, 6 oz starch, 10 oz veggies, 15g of fat, 6 oz fruit
dinner- 6 oz protien, 6 oz starch, 10 oz veggies, 20g of fat, 6 oz fruit
snack- 2 oz protien, 2oz cereal, 8 oz milk, 6 oz fruit

my current lifts are
bench- 315x2
deadlift- 315 for 4
squat- 225x5
haven't maxed my squat or deadlift in a while, hip flexor flares up when I do.

I plan on lifting 4-5x per week focusing on the basics, doing all the major lifts 2x and doing 30 minutes of cardio 3x per week.

What do you think of my plan? Finally I have 70 pills of 50 mg winny is it a waste to take them alone? I have taken gear before, like 5-7 years ago when I did several cycles mostly with test and deca. I would really like some test, but cannot find any. Oh yeah, Sergio Olivia(sp. the famous old bodubuilder) works out at my gym. He is a retired cop, should I ask him? I have heard him speaking spanish to some other guys in the gym alluding to juice, and he knows me I always pay respect to him when I see him(I speak spanish). Thanks in advance.

You're kidding, right? Please don't take them....concentration s/b on diet and exercise at this point.
 
In order to speed up you metabolism it's best to eat 6 small meals a day. They need to be low in fat and high in protein. On my diet a sandwich I eat has 30g of protein. It would be okay to take them alone if you took about a 100mg a day. 50mg in morning and 50mg in the evening. If you can't get a hold of any more tabs break a 50mg tab in half and take 25mg in the morning and 25mg in evening, because winstrol tabs have a half life of 8-9 hours. Be sure to chew them. I would throw in some 30 min. of cardio about 4 times a week. Winstrol will help you shed fat and gain very little muscle. It mainly hardens muscle, so if you are looking for size as well, I'd wait to find some test. If you take it with test you just take 50mg a day. No carbs after 6pm.
 
I would start the routine and concentrate on losing the weight first. When you hit a slump or plateau - then maybe taking the winstrol will help. Its going to hard to notice the results before you lose at least 50-75 lbs.
