Im 24 years old 5'6 and 170 pounds. Im not sure what my body fat is but i thinks its around 15%. So far i am all natural but i think i hit my peak so im researching my options. My diet sucks......I dont count cals or fat but i do make sure i get about 250 grams of protien a day and i dont usualy eat junk food. Ive been a member here at EF for a about 2 years and its my #1 site. Dont post must but i defintily take advantage of the search button.
 
Heh you are much less than 15%

I am 5'7" and 167ish, and i am about 12%, and nowhere near as lean as you.

Great work though, looking great.
 
damn i must got shitty genes or something but i hate to see you after a couple of cycles how long you been training you got to be 8-10% bf
 
Well I can't comment on your legs. Your chest, arms and shoulders look good but your back needs some work. Consider doing some deadlifts and bent over rows. Nice job!
 
Nice work bro, you look bigger than 170 and you BF% has to be about 10% i would say. Nice work, and show a pic of the legs bro.

I guess you can call it froseted. I just say its highlighted because it makes me feel better. Boxer briefs all the way...I need a little bit more legs to feel comfortable in them but thank god thats the only thing too small.

Damn i must of missed this one....Thanks Citruscide. Do you have any suggetions on how to get rid of my ugly verbs like"decent" "pretty" and "fairly"???? LOL:D
