What state was that? Looks like it might've been racially motivated, but tough to blame the either or without them showing the cop car. She said she didn't know if he was a cop...was it an unmarked car. She was being chased for 8 miles with lights/siren going off. That cop musta just started a cycle from Ronnie Coleman's stash.

the cop's mistake was - he did it to a black woman. Soon as he saw it was a black woman, he should've treated her with love.

It doesn't matter if it took her 8 miles or not. It was NOT a high speed chase, it was NOT a stolen vehicle, and it WAS NOT a drug dealer. It was someone that was speeding, now I can understand if it was a high speed chase or something. I can even understand pulling the gun out. I cannot understand tugging on the woman to get her out of the car when she is trying to explain herself and is showing NO Hostile movements/actions.

He lost his cool in a very bad way, he let himself get out of control. Who is to say next time he went out of control his trigger finger didn't get itchy and shoot the person? He deserved to be fired, a 6 figure settlement is too much for this, 10k at the most. But oh well.
