On TRT and about to finish up first cycle

Hey guys
My first cycle will be ending next week, got a quick question.
From what I've read during a regular guys PCT he would ease up on the training.
But for me there's no PCT so would I just wait 2 weeks after my last larger shot and cool it a bit with the training while my body adjusts to the lower levels again.

Im confused. TRT doesnt end, its "replacement" and hence there is no PCT.
 
That's right my TRT isn't ending, it's my cycle of increased dosage that's ending
I'll be dropping back down to TRT dosage
 
yes cool down with weights until ur body return to it's new homeostasis, ur body will be very catabolic when ending a cycle due to a high cortisol concentration and a low androgen to fight that, if ur smart u tapper down the last 2 weeks of all cycles b4 going back to trt. take a week off in ur second week after ur cycle then start again with low volume it'll take a month to go back on track, and eat a lot of proteins and even carbs and fat , increase ur caloric intake during that period even if u were cutting.

But increase calories during that time of cutting?
To be honest my plan of the last 2 weeks of cycle was to lower calories and start cutting to take advantage of the increased metabolism from the gear.
Then for the 2 weeks following the cycle increase cardio and protien intake.
 
yeah u do that while on cycle, ie cut down calories the last 2 weeks, but when ur trying to recover and wanna preserve ur hard earned muscles , the mostly proven thing in science to prevent catabolism is over eating , u only need to do that for at least a short period of 2 weeks when aas cleared ur system and still not fully recovered, even if u had to put some extra fat and water again u can still manage to remove them in a short period after that and i'm talking of minimal amounts.
the worst thing even after cycle is to cut down calories and increasing cardio, u gona waste a lot of muscles in the process.
 
got another question that i think is best suited here.
when it comes to cutting after a cycle, i know guys that are not on trt have to be more cautious to lifting and heavy duty cardio, as there waiting for test levels to rise up again.
but being on trt, it will essentially be like i zoom past the wait, and levels are at the normal range quickly casue i`m controling it with trt dose.
so would it be ok to just dive right in and do cardio lke a madman?

That answers my question then, I was hoping to take advantage of the aaa in my system to help burn some weight off
