3/13 Day 22

Back to sub-freezing temps in NJ :( 37 degree change in 24hrs so back inside on the treadmill for 30 min 3.82 miles.

Will be hitting the gym tonight for extra chest and biceps

i feel your pain matt! i'm in nyc and the change in weather from 60+ degrees to the low 30's got my allergies going insane, im sick as a dog!
 
3/15 Day 24

Day off for Cardio

Legs

Kettlebell walking lunges 3 sets til failure
" " Pistol squats
lying leg curls
Standing calf raises

Felt lethargic today; feel like im getting sick most likely from the 30 degree temp swings here over the last week. Going to rest tomorrow (Sunday)
then back to business Monday.
 
3/15 Day 24

Day off for Cardio

Legs

make sure you take care of yourself.... any time there is a drastic change in temperature like that, you are primed to get sick... the last thing you want is anything hindering your progress right now... take a rest day and make sure your drinking plenty of water and relaxing and back to business on monday... nice work so far bro...
 
3/17 Day 25

After a day off, I feel about 95% just a little head cold so it was off to the gym for chest and bi's

Chest
Flat bench (dumbbells) 50x12 60x12 65x8 70x3
Incline (dumbbells) 40x16 45x13 50x8 55x2
Decline (hammer strength machine) 135x10 155x9 165x7
Flys (hammer strength machine) 120x15 130x12 140x7 then drop set starting at 150 decreasing by 20 to 90lbs
Push ups 4 sets of 25w/ a 25lb plate on my back

Bi's
Preacher curls w/ez curl bar 40x15 50x15 60x12 70x4
Incline hammer curls 20x18 25x14 30x11 35x4
Skull crushers 30x15 40x15 50x11 60x9

Confidence and stamina is continuing to build, getting through my workouts very comfortably. Check back tomorrow after shoulders (my weakest part) and tri's
 
Oh! Cardio? This really sounds good for losing weight but, also the most accessible type of exercise and there are plenty of cardio exercises you can do right in your own living room that can burn calories...
