On HRT

Am currently doing HRT - 200mg Test Cyp, HCG 500IU, and .5mg Arimidex per week. However, am not seeing any singificant improvement in mass. Been on this therapy for 5 weeks now. Question: anyone able to get additional itmes from their HRT doc? Like Deca, Promibolan etccc?

I do not want to mix the Prohormone stuff in there but am wanting to add at least 15Lbsof muscle. I am leery of purchase through online pharms.
 
bump the test up... if you really need test then you need to cycle 500mg/week for 10 or 12 weeks, then go back on 200mg/week

tell your doc you are still unmotivated and never horny so you can get more test
 
Thanks for the input all. I am lacto ovo vegitarian so no meat/sea food but will do cheese and eggs. I did this for health reasons but miss the 18 oz Ribeyes I assure you. Anyway, I looked at my diet and am eating a daily surplus of calories and not any calories at that. I am trying to stick to the 40/40/20 rule but I absolutely have to watch the carbs.

I am curious about the comment about increasing from 200mg of Test to 500mg for 10-12 weeks. A couple of questions, what is th emost effective way to do this inject 2x a week or all at once? Do I have to watch out for gyno issues at this dosage?

no meat? wow! thats all i can say.. i couldnt live without it!

if your using test enanthenate or cypionate all you need is once a week.. some will tell you twice.. I have done both several times.. i can not tell the damn diff so now i just stick to once..

I dont get any gyno symptoms or bloat till i hit about 750mgs of test.. So I am a bad guage.

tamoxifen and arimidex are in my medicine cabinet just in case though....

Just wait until you see any signs, I take tamoxifen 10mg every 4 days to prevent test to estrogen conversion.. majority dont like it for that but, i do it every time and if you go to any steroid doc they will have you on the same..
 
Lots of things wrong.

One: That's not HRT, it's a non stop low dose cycle. HRT stands for REPLACEMENT. 200 mgs will put you into superphysiological levels.

Two: Too much HCG. Keep it up and it will stop working altogether.

Three: Not eating meat is not healthy. It's unhealthy.

You need to reevaluate your training and diet. You should add some supps, which are very important when on HRT.
 
AM curious about the comment from Nelson about the dosage of HCG. Are you saying that the doc has me on too strong of a dose? If I recall correctly his comments to me were that unless I am on HCG then my "nut will shrink up like raisins".

This ia all very new to me - including injecting myself. I do a regiment of supplements, creatine, and Whey protein. Just no meat. I've also recently sent away for a B12 and B complex injectable - no reason other than I want to feel better.

You should only use HCG when you notice atrophy. Constant low dose will just cause a resistance to it. Your doc doesn't sound too bright.

You need supps to support hormonal health. Look into UNLEASHED, Sustain, POST CYCLE and Dermacrine.

Injectable B 12 is a waste. For blood, check out VIGOR Protein Factory Inc. Since you don't eat meat you may be a bit anemic.

How old are you?
 
Thanks for the insight. So, for a male that weighs 205Lbs - 6'3" age 47 what woudl be a healthy and wise dosage of HCG?

BTW, RNCH I am up the road from you near BR.
 
WTF? I am amazed. I really don't know what to say except listen to the guys on this board. They know what they are talking about.
What are your goals? Not eating meat/protien is kind of the core of muscle building. I am just at a loss, sorry.

Please don't take my comments as a personal insult. I appologize for that. I am not judging you or your choices. It just seems that you are making things extremely tough for yourself. There are many people here who are great with knowledge. I think you should listen to them, I applaud your search for information as you are changing your physiological chemisty.
 
There is no sane reason to not eat meat. If you are an animal lover then good for you but you not eating meat isint going to stop the rest of the people in the world from eating it! We are omnivores for a reason. Also whey is not derived from meat, it is a by product of cheese making. (Whey protein - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

I can't answer any of the drug related stuff as thats not my field but diet wise you are not living healthy! Don't take this as an attack just information to think about.
 
You might need to reevaluate your diet. Protein shakes/supps are just meant to be supplementation to your diet, not the staple of it.

Out of interest bro, why were you put on HRT in the first place? Were your natural test levels low, were you having any symptoms etc?

Also, was this your regular doc or a referal to a specialist?
 
I think it's a bit of overkill -- especially for HRT.

I do 1500 iu's once a month -- take a month off -- do 75iu's of HMG once -- take a month off -- repeat.

No testicular atrophy. No resistance to either drug.

Works like a charm.

My HRT clinic offers a wide aray of complimentary items.

I am current using Ultra Test 250 and doing 1.25cc 2 x a week as precribed. Continue using the HCG 500ui 2x a teek and keep the .5 arim 3x a week. that is the exact system my HRT doctor has me on.

Can you elaborate on what your diet looks like? How are you getting surplus calls without meat and seafood?

Then there aren't any bright HRT doctors from MA to FL.................because of the 15 I have talked to they all recommend using HCG for the entire duration of Test use.

For protein I eat at lest 3 protein shakes (Whey 50 grams) per day. I east at least 1-2 servings of either legumes and or Tofu per day as well. I think my protein intake is covered. I know I am getting at lest 3,000 cals a day through fruit, carbs (oats), and various veggies. I love Humus BTW. I have to absolutely watch every carb or it jumps on my ass.

Sounds like your doc Chris has you on the right path. I am still not clear on HCG though. I have heard from many sources that the dose that I am taking is tooo high. So, I called my clinic but got a PA instead whom said that all of their Test patients take HCG in this manner.

My complaint was that I am 47 and feel like dogshit at the end of the day. Tired, irritable, and low muscle mass at the end of the day. I know the diet is suspect. Anyway, I thought I woudl give this a shot and found a clinic in Hollywood Florida. The doc is a D.O. whom I understand choose to treat your entire body as opposed to a specific symptom. I think I havethat right.

Whoa man that's a lot of gear homeslice! If I am understanding the part I highlighted, that means you are taking 625mg of test a week? For HRT? That aint HRT, that's a CYCLE homie.
