On cycle eat more calories?

Ok so i know more calories and protein you eat the more you can gain both strenght and weight. When you come off you normally will lose some strenght and weight. heres my question slash experment...
2 months ago finished a 14 week 250 test c with 400 equipose. I ate about 3000 to 3750 calories as day with about 160 protein. I ate this amount of calories and protein cause its what i normaly eat when im off. I must say i kept all my strenght gains ( bench start 215 4 sets of reps to now 265 4 sets 8 reps) and similar results with other exercises. My weight maxed out at 175 and starting at like 158. Currently 170. So in all reality isent it better to eat like you do when your off to keep the most out of your gains? Just currious. Sorry so long

You are absolutely correct, you have to keep a good diet and training regiment when off. A lot of guys will just stop proper diets and training after they are off cycles, which causes them to lose gains and want to get back into a cycle. You handled it perfect. :)

Not exactly rocket science although some make it out to be. I might have bumped your protein up a notch, but it seems as if you hit the mark! When on pct eat just like you did when you were on and continue to lift for strength and bulk! AFTER the pct is when you can give your body and joints a little break untill your ready to hit another cycle!:p

You guys missed his question? He is suggesting you NOT increase cal. or portein on cycle due to the possiblity of loseing more once your off cycle. I'm off to the gym, if this is not answered by the time I get back i will fill you in on your errors selfcentor.

The body utilizes nutrients more effectively when on steroids. That's kinda what they're meant to do.

Yes, I totally agree with you. The above posts didn't answer his question. I'd take a stab at it but unfortunately I'd just be blowing smoke up your ass. I've never even done a cycle but in theory I think it makes sense although you wouldn't be seeing the full benefits of the cycle eating as you were pre cycle.

I think it would be best to atleast figure out the correct macro for your body on a lean bulk cycle. Cont to eat like that post cycle than when pct is completed again figure out your body's macro but this time for maintenance. Crusizing along until you pin again :chomp:

no. HAd you eat more you would have gained more. Also since you would have gained more you should have kept eating a little more so you could have kept more of the gains.

The bigger you get the more you eat. the more you eat the bigger you get.:heart:
