Ok so i know more calories and protein you eat the more you can gain both strenght and weight. When you come off you normally will lose some strenght and weight. heres my question slash experment...
2 months ago finished a 14 week 250 test c with 400 equipose. I ate about 3000 to 3750 calories as day with about 160 protein. I ate this amount of calories and protein cause its what i normaly eat when im off. I must say i kept all my strenght gains ( bench start 215 4 sets of reps to now 265 4 sets 8 reps) and similar results with other exercises. My weight maxed out at 175 and starting at like 158. Currently 170. So in all reality isent it better to eat like you do when your off to keep the most out of your gains? Just currious. Sorry so long
