After snowboarding, I did heavy ass squats and since then (2 weeks?) my knees been really jacked up. I can barely move my sheets with my leg(example i noticed), The sheets feel like they are heavy and there is a great PAIN right at the bottom of my knee cap where my Ligament connects my knee cap to my shin.. WTF is wrong with it?
Could've I tore part of it off, or just bruised it.. When I'm just chillin it dont hurt, just when i try to extend my shin.. please help.
