I am as of this summer a competeing strongman.......
some form of event training/cardio every day......3 gym days and 1 event day a week
I do get full panel bloodwork done every couple months and have a family doc, as long as I am in the "healthy" levels for my age in all areas and nothing is abnormal I keep going........
Dont get me wrong, and anyone reading this.....this lifestyle it is serious and these doses are certainly not for everyone
as of the beginging this year I had to go to heart specialists for a few months and get my trigs/chol levels in check and a bunch of other heart related shit...and had a 2.5cm liver growth found/ taken care of.........
THIS IS NO BULLSHIT..........side effects are REAL, acne,gynecomastia,hair pussy sides the real shit is long term...I HAVE BEEN ON FOR ALMOST 8 YEARS and when you stay on long term you have to expect sides and work with them...also expect a loss of lifespan...........
but after all this i am in clear levels as far as I know and continue on my way and keep getting monitored...........I have a few goals and want to see where i can take myself, when they are completed or death rears its head I will stop going all out.........family/friends are more important than selfish "goals" I hope to achieve what I need and get out without doing to much harm long term...but it is of course like every other action we take a gamble that is against us.......
aggressabol is methyltest...mainly used on event day
the Dianabol - methandrostenolone - is kinda w/e 10mg in the morning most days and 10mg pre training......missed doses dont matter, might take a couple weeks off here and there, just a morning/pre training kick
