i'm down from 261 to 254 in 2-3 weeks and i had cheeseburger, fries and regular soda for lunch yesterday. I have been watching carbs but all my prepared meals are gone and i didn't feel like cooking...plus i was proud of myself.
Took two weeks off from training and supps for family stuff...still weighed 252. Time to order some lipoflame tomorrow! need to break my long time 245 plateau.
