Omega can ya give us a Phase2 preview ??

Well I am from the Phase1 group of the first week of January, and now we should all be moving onto Phase2 next week 02/10/08 ?

So after doing this Phase1 for a month, I would have to say I did get bigger, mainly the shoulders, and chest show the most improvement, but nothing major. The upper arms; biceps/triceps I want to get thick and huge, show the smallest gains.

Omega what can we expect in Phase2 ?? Is it a group Phase again or made specifically for each person ?? And is it still very high reps like Phase2 ?? How about the exercises are they pretty much the same or completely different ??

Thanks, and I am very impressed with the program so far, and I know you can't get huge overnight or just one month, but this is a 3 month program and look forward to my gains in two more months :D

I believe he said it will be tailor made to each of us. Just look at some of the bros logs that are on phase 2 now.

kepp pushing!

reults will come, it took thee young man 2.5 repeated bouts to get perfect

so you will get alot out of the full 3 months

Justmake sure you apply your self 200% :)

the rest will come

Thanks and I am pushing pretty good, read my log thread, my lifts go up 2.5-5lbs each week across the board. My Wifey even said recently my shoulder/chest or upper body area is getting bigger, she said don't get too big. So I must be changing more than I can see every day. I have gained like 7.5lbs on this program so far.

My only issue with pushing the really heavy weight on 3rd and 4th sets is I am tired from the high reps from 1st and 2nd set, plus only 30 second rest between sets. I am used to resting 60-90seconds on the 5x5 and that allow me to really push ball busting weight and lower reps.

Don't know what to do in three weeks when the Baby comes, will be extra busy, may have to move to a 4day a week schedule then, even now the 5days is sort of tough with my busy schedule but I make it happen

Same here. I used to lift much heavier weights with low reps. It was also a faster tempo with much longer rests in between. It was a lot different than the Omega project. I'm seeing better results now so I say keep at it. It will pay off.

I agree, my point is I just can't seem to go all balls out like those videos he links with those Mr. Olympia's lifting crazy weight's. In the 5x5 I could do those type of workouts, but this Omega training is much higher rep, and shorter rest, and I can't seem to get the giant lifts up like I used to be able.

But I am religious about adding a little weight once per week, like 2.5 - 5lbs per week, and I have noticed gains, just getting thicker. Plus this has only been one month or so, I bet after three months total I will have seen nice gains

these are good questions

in essence it about re-learning how to lift.
ONLY your muscle are doigng the lifting with this way of training, and you WILL be able to go all out, but you have to develop those pathways.
For some they can do this by week 5 or 6, some other may take 7 to 8 weeks

but eventually it will click, you just may take longer for that foundation to solidify

YOU will see nice gains , make no mistake this is a synthesis of YEARS of application.
it is THE way..........

its why i am here, its why all of you have invested energy and money
