Well I am from the Phase1 group of the first week of January, and now we should all be moving onto Phase2 next week 02/10/08 ?
So after doing this Phase1 for a month, I would have to say I did get bigger, mainly the shoulders, and chest show the most improvement, but nothing major. The upper arms; biceps/triceps I want to get thick and huge, show the smallest gains.
Omega what can we expect in Phase2 ?? Is it a group Phase again or made specifically for each person ?? And is it still very high reps like Phase2 ?? How about the exercises are they pretty much the same or completely different ??
Thanks, and I am very impressed with the program so far, and I know you can't get huge overnight or just one month, but this is a 3 month program and look forward to my gains in two more months
