Old Turkish Primo

When did clear amps get phased out in favor of labled amps in turkey?
A friend has some samples of some supposed turkish primo from 02.02, with the following markings: (amp is clear w/green writing that doen't come off when I scratch it, blue dot above the "ob" in primobolan on the neck) I am getting a hold of him to post a pic later tonight.

It has Son Kull Ta: 02.2007 printed lengthwise on the side, with the number 1754365/001/ printed lengthwise backing the above text.

Liquid is thick possibly off white but pretty clear--it's hard to tell.

it's a fake bro in 2002 they manufactured just labeled amps. i think in 2001 they canceled the old style.
