good thing is they have a thermostat in here and i hate being hot when i sleep so i set that thing to 55

I intended to lie down on the couch for a few minutes. I passed out for 41/2 hours. Just couldn't get the fuck up.

overall the stay was comfy.

She said i woke three times, just popped up looked around and laid back down. It would take a bit of time for me to get back into deep sleep though. Also said i was doing good until the am and then the apnea episodes started happening, I stopped breathing a few times and then others my oxygen levels dropped and i struggled to breath. This only happend when i was lying on my back.

I should get to talk to the doc late next week.
