I'm trying to follow the rules, and use as much discretion as possible, but when I try to send the mail, it says it can't encrypt because it does not have the public keys. This is prob not even the place to post this, but it is topic related.

it means you are not using the same encryption engine. in order for it to be safe you need to send from any hushmail (regular, cyber-rights, or elitefitness) to another hushmail address. it won't be secure if you send from a hotmail or yahoo account to hushmail. what server are you using and what one are you trying to send it too.

If you are sending to/from a nonencrypted email addy, they will not be able to encrypt the message. If you haven't already, sign up for a (FREE!) Hushmail, Cyber-Rights, or Elitefitness email address and use that.
I was trying to go from hushmail to ziplip. Doesn't this work just like PGP, with keys and all? Trying to email a question to a Mod. What mod has hushmail, and I'll try it again?
