OK so I went to the book store the other day and got like 5 books on aas.

Anabolic Gameplan, George Spellwin's Chemical Wizardry, Beyond Steroids and Chemical Muscle Enhancement are all awesome reads and great reference guides for everyone. I wouldn't waste money on any others at this point anyway.

So I been readying all of the books at the same time. I am a few chapters deep on all of them. Guess what???? These books all blow cock so far. If I was new I am sure getting just 1 or two of them would be worth it (well no wait they prob still wouldn't). I have learned nothing new,not even 1 little nugget of new info in any of them. What a big waist so far. I will still read them all till the end and hope something new comes up but so far so bad.

The worst of them all is this damn Anabolic Primer by (muscle mag) of all places. Its the biggest out of all the books but its filled with the most bullshit as well lol.

I would say just go plat here on ef and forget these books. I have not read them all the way threw yet but so far I know far more already then these books could ever hope to offer.

N2 you have more knowledge than those books.. just saying.. your the most knowledgeable I know...

I read them all except this WAR 1996 one. I found nothing out of the norm or of any more value then any of the others.

I want to read The Steroid User’s Survival Guide. Manly for entertainment only. It was written by some former dea guy who is now in jail. Been looking for it.

Needto i flipped through a bunch of those books at the Barnes and Noble near me and they are garbage for the most part. Alot of both useless and outdated info in them. Much MUCH better to spend the cash on a plat here and use the search function

What 1 book would you say is the most worth the money for a newb to build a foundation of knowledge.
Only problem with the forum, is without much prior knowledge, you don't really know what to ask except very broad questions.

When I am done doing write ups and link backs for the system news will be able to just click and read any subject. Its a long way from done though.

If I had to say I would say what ever e-book you can get from ef and get it cheap. Chemical Muscle Enhancement was prob one of the better ones The bonus articals that came with it were pretty good. If I had to chose one to build on I guess it would be this one. For the beginner of course
