judging by all the wolf whistles i hear in this place whenever there is a nice lean ripped body on display in some thread, im wondering what everyone elses (;)) excuse for not being in that condition is-

personally im a little fat because i wanted to have enough mass that i look like i train despite wearing a shirt/jacket, and getting into abdominator territory kind of makes me look...less substantial...than i like to be :)

so thats it! im not putting it off anymore! im putting that damn exercise bike in my bedroom! :D

so come on...whats your excuse?

i just don't bother working my abs...

but

i recently started to do oblique situps and bicycle situps. i haven't hurt like this in a long time...

i carry a some extra bodyfat right now because I have been previously bulking (not to mention, the fatter I am, the stronger I am :))

Starting to cut now, and I'm really worried about how this is going to affect my lifts in the gym. Doing okay so far, still gaining, but I gotta admit I'm a little worried(all natty).

I dont need an excuse. Having a 6 pack isnt really the most natural, functional, base way of being a man... in fact there have been times when the ideal body was of a bf more around 15-20.

However Im cutting right now and im doing well and ill have abs soon

I've found its easier getting abs by cutting milk products.

nope milk will make it harder to show a 6 pak.
Skim is the way to go.

been drinking skim my whole life, so i guess i shouldn't be worried.

i only drink 2 cups a day (in a 1k calorie shake)

swole cat seems to think milk ain't no good, even skim.
