ive tried calling the help number for E/F and it comes up with that you have diled a wronge number please try again, crap. what is that number to call america from the uk ? i havent put that in first .

Could be wrong, but if the USA # is, for example, 310-xxx-xxxx,
then from the UK it should be:
00-1-310 - xxx-xxxx.

Let me now if it works...?
