Ok i need some help w/ supps i just bought

I bought Optimum Whey 10lb, Nlarge2 10lb, and Swole

Was wondering when i should take each...

I was thinkin take 1/2 a serving of nlarge2 when i wake up.. (carbs+protien is needed).

and take 1/2 a serving after workout (carbs+ protien needed for post workout shake)



then take my optimum whey 3 times a day in between meals.

Take 5g before and after workout of Swole v2...


Sound good.?? any suggestions would help, thx
 
* Supplementation Plan *

AM: Wake up


* take 1 serving of creatine (5g)

* take 1 serving of glutamine (5g)

* eat break fast



Mid morning: (between lunch and breakfast)


* take 1 serving of creatine (5g)

* take 1/2 (2 scoops) serving of Prolab N Large 2



Noon: Eat lunch


Mid afternoon:


* take 1 serving of creatine 1hour before workout

* workout

* take 1 serving of creatine after workout

* take 1 serving of glutamine after workout

* take 2 scoops of 100 whey after workout
(note: take these within 1hr after workout)



Evening: Eat Dinner


Late Evening:


* take 1 serving of creatine

* take 1/2 serving of N Large 2



Before bed


* take 1 serving of glutamine

* take 1/2 serving of N Large (optional)
 
Here are the supplements I am considering right now.

L-Glutamine
Whey Protein Powder
Flax Oils

Is that all good to be taken together? Is all of it needed?

Then a little later on I plan on taking maybe N-Large 2 and Swole V2 or Creatine Monohydrate.

When I plan on taking these can they be taken with the supplements listed first? I would take either Swole V2 or Creatine Monohydrate. Should I take N-Large 2 with one of those or N-Large 2 over those or just on of those...?
 
This is how I take N-large, ON 100% whey and swole. I don't know if this will work fo ryou bbock but it works for me.

morning: breakfast+N-large (2 scoops),
post workout: 100% whey (2 scoops)
afternoon: 100% (1 scoop)
before sleep: n-large (2 scoops)

I mix g-plenish with all my n-large shakes and flax seed with swole in the morning and night shakes (i buy the unflavored swole so its good, but the shakes get a little sowery).

but please eat food, a lot of food as well. you gotto have your eggs in the morning. your chicken, fish and veggies. hope this helped dude.
 
I think it's great. The taste is a little bad at first, but then you'll get used to it. I have noticed my muscles have gotten a bit denser, and it has helped me gain more mass. I have not seen any vascularity increases. BUT, overall I am enjoying it.
