I do actually know a few things though not an hrt specialist. I will tell you proviron and I did not get along. I reacted side wise far more than anything else I've used. I've read a lot about it and anecdotally, some guys love it because it almost enhances other things on a cycle but it can be harsh for things like hair loss.
